Terms & Conditions
- Rental Agreement. This quote, once accepted, constitutes the complete rental agreement between Token Test (delete after) ("Renter") and Event Rent MN ("Owner") for the items listed above. No separate document is required.
- Rental Period. The rental period begins on September 15, 2026 and ends on September 17, 2026. All items must be returned by the end of the rental period. Extensions must be agreed upon in writing.
- Deposit. A non-refundable deposit of $75.00 is due within 24 hours of acceptance via Venmo, PayPal, Facebook Pay, Cash App, cash, or check (payable to Andy Buboltz). This deposit counts toward the total rental fee.
- Balance. The remaining balance is due no later than September 15, 2026. Failure to pay the balance by this date may result in cancellation of the reservation.
- Cancellation. The $75.00 deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. If the Renter cancels after paying the balance, no refund will be issued.
- Damage & Non-Return Fee. The Renter agrees to a maximum damage/non-return fee of $50.00 per letter for any damage beyond normal wear and tear or failure to return any rented item. The Owner will assess fees based on actual damage or replacement cost.
- Use of Rental Items. Items shall be used only for event décor. The Renter shall not modify, paint, drill, or otherwise alter any rented items. The Renter is responsible for the safekeeping of all rented items throughout the rental period.
- Pickup & Return. Pickup location and return details will be confirmed by the Owner prior to the event date. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Liability. The Renter assumes all liability for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from use of the rented items during the rental period. The Owner shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the rental period.
- Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
- Entire Agreement. This quote constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior communications relating to this rental.
